Yesterday
As a new day dawns and the fog lifts lazily off of historic Saratoga
Race Course, the noble old structures slowly come into focus. One by
one, the horses appear and begin their early morning workouts. To the
romantic onlooker, there is the sense of stepping back in time. Perhaps
a sudden turn will catch a glimpse of bygone days - a sea of top hats, a
cluster of huge feathery broad brimmed hats, and maybe even a sprinkling
of parasols. Only at Saratoga could it have been yesterday... or
yesteryear.
